How we publish

Practical guidance should be clear about what it knows—and what it does not.

Our editorial approach separates immediate safety issues from repair, insurance and hiring decisions and avoids presenting general information as professional advice.

How we create content

We aim to explain homeowner decisions in plain language, distinguish safety concerns from property-repair questions, and avoid presenting general information as policy-specific insurance, legal, electrical, structural or medical advice.

2

Accuracy and updates

We review pages when guidance, site features or referral relationships change. Material errors should be corrected directly on the affected page.

3

Commercial relationships

Restore Home Help may receive compensation when a visitor requests a quote, submits a lead, calls a tracking number or uses an eligible referral link. Compensation does not replace our stated safety guidance and relationships are disclosed where relevant.

4

Independence

We are not a restoration contractor, insurer, emergency service or government agency. A referral is not a guarantee of every service, price or recommendation a provider may offer.
